This month, schools across the country are raising awareness about bullying and promoting kindness, inclusion, and respect. At FKHS, we’re committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment where every student feels valued. National Bullying Prevention Month is a reminder that we all play a role in standing up against bullying and creating a culture of empathy.

Current Focus:

Strength & Conditioning students have completed their first weight room assessment of their max lift for each the bench press and deadlift exercises. We will utilize weight training sessions unique to their max and goals for each individual student. Students have learned various types of exercises, workout plans, and formats with the understanding of various purposes for each to maximize their work out routines. Students use their own body weight, free weights, and nautilus machines for performing exercises.
