FORT KNOX HIGH SCHOOL SAC ELECTION PLANNING COMMITTEE

Help Shape the Future of Our School Community!

Fort Knox High School is forming a SAC Election Planning Committee to help organize and facilitate the selection of School Advisory Committee (SAC) members for the 2026–2027 school year.

We are seeking eligible volunteers from across our school community who are willing to lend their time, ideas, and voices to help ensure a fair, inclusive, and well-organized SAC election process.

WHO MAY SERVE?

In accordance with DoDEA AI 1358.01, the Election Planning Committee may consist of:

● Sponsors
● Parents or legal guardians
● DoDEA professional school employees
● The DoDEA School Principal or designee
● Service school liaison officers
● DoDEA high school students

Please note: Current SAC members, with the exception of the SAC Chairperson, may not be selected to serve on the Election Planning Committee.

IMPORTANT

To ensure fairness and avoid potential conflicts of interest, individuals serving on the Election Planning Committee may not be candidates on the SAC election ballot.
