AVID food truck business
AVID Real-world college and career ready learning--in action!
As part of our Focused Note-Taking Unit, AVID and CEP classes have been learning all about the food truck business. To extend that learning, Mr. Christopher Kelly from the MRB came to school on Monday, 10/6, with The Cooking Leprechaun food truck to share his background knowledge and expertise. Students will be creating their own menus and designing their own food trucks! After school, Chef CK even had food available for the staff!
